Data we collect
Information you provide via the contact form: name, email, phone, company and message body. Our server logs additionally store IP address and browser information for 30 days.
Purpose of processing
Your data is processed solely to respond to you, fulfil contractual obligations and improve service quality. It is never used for marketing or shared with third parties.
Retention period
Contact form messages are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Server logs are automatically cleared within 30 days.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and port your data. Send any request to info@etkidesign.com — we respond within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Our servers reside in Türkiye / EU data centres, protected by multi-layer firewalls and access control.
